By using the site with the domain name “syntez.design” (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), visitors provide personal data and gain access to information published by the Provider on the Site.
Before starting to use the Site, we ask visitors to familiarize themselves with this Privacy Policy.
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1.1. Personal Data – Information about an identified or identifiable natural person, determined by one or more characteristic factors that define their physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity.
1.2. Visitor – A person who visits the Site and/or uses its functionality.
1.3. Site – A website with the domain name “syntez.design”.
1.4. Cookies – Text files sent from the Site to the Visitor’s browser to save their latest actions on the Site and Site settings. Visitors can delete these files in the browser settings, but this may affect the Site’s functionality.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) defines the conditions and rules for processing the Visitor’s Personal Data, including collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, changes, renewal, use, dissemination (distribution, implementation, transfer), depersonalization, and destruction, including using information (automated) systems.
2.2. By filling out the appropriate forms on the Site and/or placing orders, the Visitor acknowledges and agrees with the provisions of this Policy and consents to the processing of their Personal Data.
2.3. The Provider processes the Visitor’s Personal Data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” and the Convention on the Protection of Individuals in Connection with the Automated Processing of Personal Data.
2.4. Providing Personal Data is necessary for the proper provision of services by the Provider.
3. DATA COLLECTED
3.1. When the Visitor uses the Site, the Provider collects all necessary data for the correct functioning of the Site and its features.
3.2. If the Visitor fills out forms on the Site and/or places an order, the Provider stores the Visitor’s name, email address, phone number, and the text of the request. This data is used to facilitate communication with the Visitor, respond to their request, and process orders on the Site.
3.3. The Provider collects information about the Visitor’s interaction with the Site, including but not limited to browsing history (pages viewed and time spent on them), actions on the Site (cursor pointing, scrolling), and information entered by the Visitor (text in forms, comments). 4. DATA RIGHTS
4.1. Visitors who have filled out forms on the Site and/or placed orders have the right to request an exported file of personal data stored by the Provider, including all data provided to the Provider.
4.2. The Provider is obliged to delete Visitor data upon receiving a written request. However, the Provider has the right to retain data if required by current legislation.
4.3. The Provider undertakes to receive, store, use, and disclose the information provided by the Visitor exclusively for the purposes specified in the Policy, except for the cases provided for by law and/or based on the written consent of the Visitor to perform such actions.
4.4. The Visitor has the right to refuse the processing of their Personal Data by sending a corresponding request to the support service of the Site and/or to the official email address of the Provider, which is posted on the Site.
4.5. If the Visitor refuses to process personal data, certain functions of the Site and the possibility of placing orders may become unavailable to them.
4.6. Persons who have access to the Personal Data of the Visitor undertake to use such data exclusively for the purpose of providing services to the Visitor, promoting the Site on the Internet, and taking actions that are mandatory in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
4.7. The Provider undertakes not to transfer the Visitor’s Personal Data to any third parties, except those specified in this Policy, and also to take all necessary measures to avoid unauthorized distribution of such information. In particular, the Provider undertakes to:
